We ship our products by Akis Express to all Cities in Cyprus; Deliveries are made to homes except for limited service areas defined by Akis Express

Deliveries are made within 3 working days of the order, for stock available and 21 days from stock imported from abroad.

Shipping in Cyprus is Free of charge.

International

We currently provide delivery to any country the buyer is.

The estimated delivery time for international orders is 21 working days.

Shipping to the international countries is done through the National Postal Service and has a flat rate of 30 Euros per Order plus the fee provided by the courier, which depends.

Further the buyer has the option to arrange the delivery, via DHL. We pack and DHL receives the package from the point of collection, and the buyer directly covers the DHL costs, as it is a between buyer and DHL agreement.

More Information

We do not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
